Classical Japanese Art meets a Bug of Many Names with Raijin BugArt
You may know them as pill bugs, potato bugs, or roly-polies. At Dreams, we know them as art! Working with Bandai, we fused classical art and creepy crawlies. Thus the BugArts line was born! This Edo Period painting by Tawaraya Sotatsu uses the backs of pill bugs as a canvas. A unique way to display a beloved Japanese National Treasure, you can display your piece either rolled up or stretched out! Limited quantities available. Small display stand included. Suitable for 15 years and older.
This BugArt features Raijin, the fearsome Japanese god of Thunder who beats his drums to make thunder boom. Together with his brother, Fujin, he makes a typhoon to stop a Mongol invasion.
Display both BugArts together for a unique décor piece!
